The short version
We only collect what we need to take your order, keep you updated on it, and (if you opt in) run your loyalty rewards. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, and (optionally) email, plus what you ordered and which shop you picked it up from.
- Verification:we send a one-time code by SMS to confirm it's really you.
- Payment:card payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
- Loyalty: if you save your info, we keep your contact details and order history so you can reorder faster.
How we use it
To prepare and hand off your order, send order and pickup updates, run loyalty rewards you've opted into, and improve our menu and service. We contact you about your orders; we'll only send marketing messages if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us operate, such as our SMS and payment providers, and only as needed to run the things above. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of that, just email hello@thestoneandwheel.ca.
